Service Description

Thread Veins or Spider Vein removal to the lower legs by injecting a solution into the lumen of the vein to destroy the faulty veins. The solution causes the walls of the vein to close, or stick together, which over time reduces the unwanted blue/purple appearance. Several injections to various sites may be required, and additional treatments for optimum results. We recommend wearing light compression stockings after the treatment to aid the results. Please note that some skin stain may be apparent after treatment due to the blood trapped within the vessel, however this in not usually permanent and should fade within 6-18 months.
